Shipping + returns 🎁💫

1. Shipping

  • Shipped by Aus Post at a flat rate - standard $10, express $15
  • Aus orders from $150 and over shipping is free standard shipping
  • Orders shipped within 3 to 5 days once payment has been received
  • Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks to deliver — good things take time 🤍
  • Will notify you via DM with your tracking info
  • If you have not received your order, please contact and I'll get onto it asap.

2. International orders

  • We're not shipping internationally just yet, but watch this space!
  • If you're overseas and you've fallen in love with a piece, flick us a DM and we'll see what we can do. 

3. Returns

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable — no exceptions
  • Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made specifically for you
  • For all other pieces, if your purchase is not to your liking you have 14 days from delivery to request a refund
  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging
  • Boss+me reserves the right to refuse a return if items show signs of wear or damage
  • You must pay for your own shipping back to Boss+me — we recommend using tracked postage as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit
  • If your return is approved, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping fee within 5–7 business days
  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right 🤍
