Refund policy

At Boss+me, each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, so we ask that you choose carefully.

We accept returns if:

• The item arrives damaged or faulty
• The item is significantly different from what was described

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at victoria@bossandme.com. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of approval.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
